Solid Metal Build, Great Performance.
I bought this Sounce HDMI Switch on Amazon and it works perfectly. Easily switches between my PS5 and Fire TV Stick with no lag or signal loss. 4K with 60Hz output is clear and sharp. The metal build feels solid and premium. Compact, plug and play, and no power needed. Great value for the price!

Doesn't work
Doesnt work well in graphical use. The picture though it looks good. If I use anything graphic related even things like live wallpaper it causes my screen to flicker and lose the signal. The speed is just good. The quality looks cheap and can be broken/melted easily. The cable length is short but enough for bending the wires if necessary. Not sure if its worth it but didn't Work well

Amazing for DD Freedish on Smart TV
Excellent item (RCA/AV to HDMI adapter) for connecting set-top-box of DD Freedish to extra large screen Samsung Smart TV. Working without any difficulty or problem. Giving only 4 stars as I want it in 4K resolution for more clarity. Thanks anyways. Earlier I used to waste my mobile data on watching TV and 2.5 GB Jio pack expired within 3-4 hours. So its a high utility device.

Unreasonable Customer Support: A ₹200 Product, a Chennai Service Center, and Zero Solutions
It was difficult to contact customer support, and she didn’t help resolve my issue.Her behavior was very polite, but sweet talk alone doesn’t fix the problem.My product isn’t working, and she neither initiated a replacement nor processed a refund. Instead, she simply gave me a number, putting the responsibility on me to call the nearest service center and visit them with the product.I called, only to find that the service center is in Chennai—while I live in West Bengal.So for a ₹200 product that was delivered just four hours ago, I’m expected to travel from Kolkata to Chennai for a repair or replacement?How is that even reasonable?
