I've been buying Illy Classico beans for years, and they never disappoint. If you're looking for a smooth, balanced, and reliably delicious coffee, this is it.Freshness: The first thing you'll notice is the signature "whoosh" sound when you open the pressurized can. That's the sound of freshness! The aroma that hits you is incredible—rich and fragrant without being overpowering. The can does an amazing job of preserving the beans.The Beans: As you can see from the pictures, the beans are a beautiful, uniform medium roast. They aren't overly oily, which is great for my grinder, and you can tell they are high-quality 100% Arabica beans.The Taste: This is the quintessential Italian coffee experience. It has a lovely smoothness with subtle notes of caramel and a hint of chocolate. There is absolutely no bitterness, just a clean, satisfying finish. It's perfect for my morning espresso, but it also works wonderfully in a drip coffee maker or French press.Overall: While it might be a bit pricier than other brands, the quality is worth every penny. You're paying for consistency and a truly premium coffee experience. Highly recommended!

This is all a matter of taste, but this is the best and most consistent coffee I have found for my Jura E6.Like any coffee, the flavor is enhanced with a new water filter and double-filtered water, as well as regular cleaning and descaling. If you are on a budget and do not want to pay this much try those things first. Regardless, do those things.It is probably also the priciest, but what will we not pay for great coffee?I would prefer a larger can if it would save money. It is a half-step above the LaVazza Creme, which has the advantage in coming in 1kg bags for a little less.I have had some subscription issues, but that is the fault (I suppose) of tariffs and not the coffee.10/10 will continue to buy regardless of price.

My search for a decaf coffee that actually tastes like coffee is over, this is the one.The description of a medium roast was a bit concerning for a dark roast coffee fan but this did not disappoint. This is a full flavor coffee with a great aroma, and a full bodied taste.I was especially impressed that illy does not use harsh chemicals to decaffinate the beans and that they use 100% arabica beans.

I had this coffee in a well known kitchen store that was demonstrating their fancy super automatic coffee/espresso machines. It was so amazingly good that I had to try it at home. While it was honestly the best cup of espresso I had ever had, it didn’t “brew” up so wonderful on my home super automatic machine. The store’s fancy $5,000 machine blew my machine away! I’m still searching for that perfect cup, but doubt that I will get it without also buying one of those fancy machines! For now I’m going to just stick with a good house blend that’s less expensive. Not the coffee’s fault, but the quality of the machine!

Illy Intense coffee beans are the best, most consistent coffee beans we've had - ever. We've had whole coffee beans from tons of niche roasters, plus the usual variety of roasters such as Lavazza, Starbucks, Peet's, Seattle's Best, Stumptown, Carabou, etc. We've also had many of the highly ranked beans such as Jamaica Blue Mtn., Pure Kona and so forth. The consistency and taste of the Illy Intenso is what makes them our go-to coffee. Negative: I don't like how the lid doesn't screw on tightly, and the cans are easily damaged during shipping. But as for the coffee, it's awesome.

Very weak coffee, if that's what you want than this will be great!
