Function

Review of this overpriced laptop disappointed with quality and service - avoid this laptop
I recently purchased this laptop, and I must say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The price tag suggests a high-quality product, but unfortunately, the reality is quite the opposite.The quality of the laptop is subpar. I noticed several scratches upon arrival, and the frame was not flush, showing a mishap during manufacturing. It appears an engineer attempted to remove the base and screen, but did not fix it back correctly. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for a product at this price point.The absence of Windows 10 licence key is a significant oversight. This explains why it was so slow when I first got it. A laptop without a legitimate operating system can lead to various issues, including security vulnerabilities and limited functionality.To add to my frustration, I encountered appalling customer service when I sought a refund. The process was cumbersome, and I faced difficulties in getting my shipping fee reimbursed. According to UK consumer laws, specifically the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers can receive a refund if the goods are faulty or not, as described. Unfortunately, my experience with this seller did not align with these rights.I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this product and the seller. It is crucial to invest in a laptop that meets quality standards and comes with proper customer support. My experience has been disappointing, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

Half of keys on keyboard do not work.
This is the SECOND "Amazon Guaranteed" laptop I have bought in 1 month and had to return because it was faulty! Both were supposed to be in "excellent" condition. The first one had a damaged body and screen, and on the second one I am now returning, half the keys on the keyboard don't work!
