Love the fact that it came with a play mat and container with a lid. My grandson was a little to young yet to play as it was meant, but he loved playing with the animals and carrying the case around. One giraffe had to be adjusted do it could stand but not a deal breaker. He enjoyed this animal set and learning the animal names; plus they are life-like, sturdy and washable. I do recommend this set.

Quality toy animal figures. My granddaughter plays with these often and likes the zoo patterns on the rug, though it's very thin and hard to stay in place.

I purchased these before a trip to the San Diego zoo for my grandson to play with. They were perfect. He played with them our whole vacation, and he is continuing to play with them since we’ve gotten home. They are big, sturdy and lifelike. As a 2 year-old, he is not as interested in the mat, but the storage bucket and 12 animals are worth the price I paid for them.

The figurines are detailed. the mat is strong and nice colors. The container cracked on the second time filling it back up with the toys. Do not expect the kids to put the mat back in the container. it does not fit easily.
