This color is beautiful, I love it. It doesn't last long on your lips when you're eating something greasy, but beyond that, it's fine. The shine is visible after applying it to your lips, but it turns matte after a few hours. It does last a long time, and it's hard to remove unless you use micellar water.

I ordered lippy, punchy, and fearless. I applied them on my hand so the color shade difference is more clear. I do have an olive undertone. Fearless was my favorite and I reccommend it if you're into a very dark red. I first wore it like a normal lip and then as a lip liner, applying the shade lippy to the inner lip space. The application was smooth compared to the loreal lip i previously bought. It initially applies glossy but dries down after some time. It's best not to smack your lips together when putting it on or else it'll turn tacky and emphasize texture. It is hard to take off but micellar water with makeup remover towlettes helps alot. The size is alright for the price.

The color payoff is strong in just one swipe, and the shine actually lasts, which surprised me the first time I wore it. Most glossy lip colors I’ve tried either smudge or disappear after a coffee. This one doesn’t. I’ve worn it through meals, errands, and a full workday. It's a great product for anyone hesistant to try a bolder color, because you can lightly smudge it into your lips without overdoing it. I also us as a liner.**You have to shake the tube for 5-10 seconds before using!* The formula feels a bit tacky at first, but it sets after a minute or two. Once it’s on, it doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. I usually forget I’m wearing it until someone compliments the color. That’s happened more than once.I’ve shared this with friends during a weekend trip, and three of them bought their own within a week. One even texted me a photo the next day with “this stuff is magic.”The applicator makes it easy to get a clean edge, even without liner. I use “Wity=ty” and “Cheeky” the most—one’s a soft warm neutral, the other’s a bold berry—and both look fresh even without touch-ups. I am dying to try "Awestruck" but can't find it anywhere.Only small thing to note: if your lips are dry or flaky, it can cling a bit. I usually do a quick scrub or balm first, and it goes on smooth.

Pros: The color stays for hours. It starts off darker but at the day progresses it fades evenly in a nice, natural way. I love the faded look. I had good luck with this product because I applied it once, ate lunch, drank water/diet coke and its still on 5 hours later. Great for a low maintenance look.Cons: It is sticky. I blotted it down with a tissue but the stickiness stays for a bit. After about an hour I stopped noticing and now, hours later, it's fully dry and not sticky at all. My tip would be to apply lip gloss on top since the gloss feels less weird or blot it down as much as you can. It's so pigmented that it wont entirely rub off or smudge.Overall, for the price, color, and lasting effect, this is as close to perfect as I've had.

I love the brand’s lip crayons and thought I’d love this too but sadly the color payoff and consistency just isn’t there.

Love love love it! The Royal On my lips in the picture had been on for hours and I've eaten! You have to shake the tube really well and let it set a bit. But not is it effective! Everyone I've gifted it to also loves it. I've purchased more. It looks lovely, stays on, and feels great. It is long lasting just like it says.

It lasts a very long time. You can still see color in the afternoon after eating, drinking, and holding countless meetings! It is a bit drying, but not as severe as other products that tout long lasting effects. My lips don’t look parched or feel itchy, so a touch of gloss over it is all I need.
