Perfect for pregancy belly
They were just what I needed im 24 weeks ans there is lots of room left in the belly department which is great and that bit is very stretchy. And the legs fit nice not hard to get on. Have not washed yet.

Works the best
I ordered several kinds of compression tights and none of them have worked as well or been more comfortable as these for me. There are a few issues though. They very long for someone who is 5’3 however I make them work. I just have the ankle part sit on the arch of my foot instead and I actually like it better in that it keeps the compression throughout my ankles. I find after wearing them all day for 1-2 days they definitely get loose. I’m considering purchasing my next pair a size down to see if that helps. Overall though I will continue to get these while being pregnant.

Terramed brand is better: Great compression, BAD belly panel and they are are tights, not leggings!
I looked everywhere before buying these and cannot find true compression leggings that have this kind of compression (20-30mmHg) that are footless and NOT see through! So I settled for footless and see-through :(. I don't really like belly panels no matter how pregnant I am so I also settled on this as there were no other options. I much prefer under belly waistlines. The compression in these is fantastic from the bottom of my bottom down. I have painful varicose veins this pregnancy in one leg especially, as well as in an unmentionable area, and these help with my legs, not much my lady parts - though I didn't really expect that. I feel so much better when I'm on my feet and wearing these that I generally wear them around the house as is from the minute I get out of bed. I don't love having to wear pants over them when I leave the house and I try to get away with a maternity dress of some kind to wear these with, but I have to wear pants to work :(Now, for the belly panel, I really hate it. It's probably the worst belly panel I've ever worn. It's not smooth against your skin at all so you have a roll wherever the top of the tights sit. I'm 18 weeks now and on my 4th baby. I have a baby bump for sure as I'm pretty slender (normally 115lbs, 5'6.5", currently 125lbs). This is still all bunched up below the top of the tights from my lower back/below my belly and up. It's just not a smooth look and is not nice under clothes. The only way I've found that I can stand to wear the tights out and under clothes of any kind is to use a belly wrap (which I'm wearing to prevent further diastasic recti and it helps with back pain - totally recommend one, I'm using Tummy Team 3 panel Splint) OVER the belly panel of the tights. It takes me longer to flip up the belly wrap and pull everything down to pee, but the band helps cover up the bunchiness of the belly panel on the tights. So, there are things I would love to change about these, but the compression has eliminated the pain in my legs when I stand while I'm wearing them so I'm happy about that.UPDATE: I bought the Terramed maternity compression "leggings" and they are almost identical to these but the belly panel is generally better. Terramed's top band won't sit truly flat against my stomach and around my back either, but it's better. There's also not as much material gathered and scrunched up along the seams up the belly panel on the Terramed brand though, which I really like. I got a small in both brands though Terramed size chart suggested a medium. the small is what I should be in for both brands so be aware of sizing issues. Also, these leggings stated to have small pulls after about a month of taking them on and off 1-2x/day (I don't wear them at night as I only need them really when I'm standing or sitting for varicose veins). They don't look too bad but are clearly not going to hold up until I'm 40 weeks! I don't know how the Terramed will hold up but I"m happy to have 2 pairs since I wear them every day.

Constant snagging
Found these very frustrating. They snagged within 20 minutes of wearing, and have snagged every time (maybe twice) I’ve worn them since. Compare to my preggers leggings which I’ve worn a gazillion times and have yet to snag. Also they are a bit pinchy around the ankle and slip down on me. Overall, pretty disappointed because I wanted something with a stronger compression than the preggers, but these weren’t worth it.

5,6 tall and 182 lbs, XL
After wearing them religiously all day long for a month and half I feel like I can leave an honest review. I put them on first thing when I get up before I even set my feet on the floor to avoid blood rushing to my legs and take them off before I crawl back into bed for the night. They are extremely durable considering what i make these poor compression leggings go through, they even lasted through moving from a 2600 sq ft house to another, somewhere during the process i caught on a nail and made a hole but the hole is not getting bigger even weeks later. However they do pile terribly after about 3 weeks of use, see pictures. To put these on its a real struggle it gives me contractions just doing it but they do their job i didn't get any more nasty veins, so the struggle is worth it. They dont come down much when I walk, I dont constantly pull them up, the little line marks on my thighs is mostly from me trying to put them on in the morning. If i put them on wrong they feel twisted and extremely uncomfortable at the very top of the leg I must redo it, after a few days of trial and error I got the hang of it but still mess up once in a while. The stomach area is very comfortable and probably large enough for twin pregnancy, the band is thick and the side seam ribbing is quiet big so I can't wear tight thin dresses with these but flowy dresses look great with these, any non dressy not super thin shirts are fine too, even the tight ones. Btw i am 5,6 tall and 182lbs I got an XL and they fit perfectly, nice and tight without feeling like I'm choked. Most days my husband helps me take them off because getting it off ankles takes a skill and hard work especially in 3rd trimester. They definitely wont last more than 1 pregnancy I cant even see them last more than 4 month with constant wear and abuse but I do have 3 other children that should make things more clear. They're semi see through, not leggings you can wear without covering at least half your thighs, they're not overly warm but if your weather is more than 75 degrees you'd probably be on the warm side but in that heat any leggings would feel too warm. I only need them for another week or so and I could not be more happier with my purchase i believe they are as durable as they can get for the thickness of material.

Waistband is a definite no
Took these out of the package, said, “NOPE,” out loud when I saw the waistband, flipped the Amazon bag, & returned the next morning. The waistband is like a bunched up tube with a wide elastic band that not only will never lay flat with the extra fabric but will also get twisted up inside of it. Pass for me. The hunt for maternity compression leggings continues…
