Theraworx cramp foam works great.
This product works great for preventing cramps and legs. I an a 75 year old man who gets cramps in his legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves) after yardwork or other physical work. If I rub this stuff on my legs before going to bed at night, I do not have cramps in my legs. If I forget and do wake up in the night with a painful cramp, I rub it on then, and it relieves the cramp quickly. I don’t know how it works, but it does.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
This stuff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I get very, very bad leg cramps or muscle spasms at night when I am trying to sleep and the only thing that works is this product!!!!! By far, worth the price and so worth the relief from the leg issues. I have purchased SEVERAL bottles over the past few years and would highly recommend this to anyone that suffers from the leg issues at night, or any part of the day! Try it and you will be very happy you did!!!! Carol Smith reviewer~

It works
When I unwrapped the can it was leaking but when I pushed the button it did foam so I didn’t return it. My previous orders were fine and the product really works. It takes care of muscle cramps immediately. I love it

This Works!
Sometimes at night if I’ve done a lot of physical work around the house, (carrying boxes, moving heavy plants, heavy cleaning) I get these intense cramps in one of my leg muscles. They are incredibly painful and happen suddenly. I keep this by my bed and in the bathroom. I put this on and instantly, the pain goes away. It’s gone. It is amazing. I highly recommend the foam with no reservations. It has never failed. If you’ve ever gotten these cramps, this will be a lifesaver, seriously!

Miracle worker!
This stuff works!! My legs cramp at night. I rub a few squirts of the foam on my leg and the cramp immediately starts to subside. I also use it before doing a 5k race to prevent cramping.

Not sure it's a miracle for me....
I'm not sure what to say. The rating system doesn't really match what I think. I was SO hopeful for this to work. I feel I've tried so many things. I get a cramp usually near my second toe on my left foot (I've got that syndrome where the 2nd toe is longer than my big toe). It started 18 years ago when I was first pregnant, and has now become a part of my life. Also, I can get it it in my calf from overextension. That one happens at night when I try one of those delightful full body stretches and it turns into a nightmare when the cramp kicks in. The toe cramp I can get any time - trying to walk in sand, snorkeling with fins, stretching my second toe over my big toe, or any number of things. When I got this product I slathered it all over my foot and toes - twice a day. One morning I bent straight over which pulled on my back leg muscles all the way up (or should I say down to my toes) and wham! toe/bottom foot cramp. I know to pull up on my toes to relieve it and that worked. Stretched in bed 2 nights ago and started to feel my calf start to cramp. I quickly stopped the stretch. I biked the other day with shoes that weren't very supportive. The entire time I could feel my foot/toe wanting to cramp. I stopped to stretch a handful of times and I did avoid a full blown cramp. I did wonder if I would crash my bike if I suddenly got a full cramp, though. I won't wear those shoes biking again!I am now once again trying it twice a day and including my left calf. I can't say I'm feeling very confident, though. We have a trip with snorkeling coming up. I, as always, am filled with trepidation. I've had to bob in the water several times while my husband or I try to massage my foot. Then I either have to trail my left leg behind me and/or wear only a fin on my right foot. How goofy is that? I've considered taping my toes together to prevent motion, but no matter what, I have to try the fins again and see if it happens. Who wants to knowingly bring on a cramp? In the ocean? So, my rating is a mix of I WANT it to work and I'm willing to try some more, but I kind of think it's not going to work.I've heard magnesium can be a solution. I tried pills but they made me nauseous so I can't vouch for that. I know there is magnesium in this product.I think my issue in part is due to that long toe and my skeletal structure that goes with it. Not sure there is any solution for that.Glad this seems to work for some but I'm skeptical
