This is a delicious protein drink, best with semi skimmed milk , some fresh banana and ice, whizzed up in a blender. I find it doesn’t blend as well in a normal shaker.4 stars because as a petite female I really struggle to open the tub as I don’t have the handspan to grip the lid very well. I’m sure this isn’t an issue for most people but thought I’d feed it back. Otherwise a lovely product

High protein content. High quality protein. Soft texture to the powder, very fine. Inoffensive and almost pleasant taste - especially compared to a lot of other powder protein on the market. Generally just comes across as a very premium product.

I’m a person who trains regularly and has a high physical job and busy life. I got this to help me maintain the macros while on the go. The unflavoured version. I add it to a smoothie. Is foamy. Makes no difference to the smoothie taste. I don’t care how the food tastes like as long as I get the macro and micronutrients. I used many brands along the years. This one particularly (the unflavoured version) keeps me full and satiated for long hours (hence I decided to write this review), longer than other brands, so I guess it makes it perfect for those looking to shred some fat by not overeating. No gas, no bloating (but gut buds are different for everyone so it might be as well for you), and my gut buds are true warriors when they get stuff they don’t like. So, if you wanna lose weight, give this one a go, add it to a basic simple smoothie (spinach, apple and banana and lil bit of healthy fats - nuts/seeds/avocado) and you will feel full, satisfied and no cravings for some good hours. Great to replace a meal at lower calorie cost, but remember this is a supplement so don’t rely on it as the only protein source in your diet. Thanks!

I like this brand as I dont feel bloated after. I used to have optimum nutrition and I would always feel sick and bloated.As a brand it gets 4*, it's just quite pricey. The flavours, I give banana 1*. Tastes like those horrible cheap synthetic banana sweets you can get. Strawberry I give 5*, tastes very earthy and fresh.

Taste was not good at all and the quality of the protein is suspect. I actually felt weaker and more fatigue using this product. Stopped using product and had to buy another brand. Waste of money
