Multivitamins for Women, Wellwoman Tablets Plus Omega 3-6-9

These multivitamins are the best!!I have compared to other ones and these have more percentages of actual vitamins and minerals than any other. I have been taking now for over a year and wouldn't take anything else. My energy levels are great since taking these and I know they have helped with not getting colds or being ill in general. I always take before bed. Not sure if this makes any difference but that's what I do. Would highly recommend.

Good price, value for money

I was first recommended these in a heath food store where air was told that if I was looking for a good all-round multivitamin, this was the best value for money. Having three separate tablets does seem a lot to take in theory - but actually it makes sense to me that the vitamins I need are separated out. The vitamin content is good - it literally provides everything I need in a day without me having to think about it. I see it as the oil capsule providing brain health, the calcium capsule helping my hair, bones and teeth and the general multivitamin helping my immune system and making up for any gaps when I'm eating badly or run down. They all have the smell of a standard vitamin tablet but it isn't as bad as some I've taken in the past and I find them very easy to swallow and without a strong taste. There is also no real aftertaste with them either. For their price point, they seem to work well - my skin, hair and nails are consistently healthy - whereas before taking multivitamins, they would also say something about my lifestyle at times!

I researched what a 40 plus year old would need and it’s pretty much all that these tablets contain. There are three tablets and they are easy to swallow. They do not irritate my tummy. I feel better taking these. My energy has increased, my skin, hair and nails are in better condition. The 3,6 and 9’s have helped with cholesterol and my joints.

HiMy reason why I’m leaving a review is I’ve just recently had blood work done as I was very tired, had no energy. The blood results showed I’m very low in Vitamin D and high in flammitry markers. Dr prescribed high dose of vitamin d and recommended to take multivitamins wow what a difference it has made I feel reborn. Have more energy more alert and no longer feeling tired 100 per cent recommend. Have told my friends and know they have brought some.
