I bought this for home use, so it will only get occasional use.I am pleased with my purchase. It is well made from good quality materials. I like that I can store the shredder unit inside the collecting bin. It takes up very little room.It shreds quickly and effectively. I was surprised by how noisy it is, but this is not an issue for the short time that it will be in use. The shredder unit just lifts off the bin making it easy to empty. When I had emptied the bin, I noticed that there were still lots of pieces of paper in the blades. However, this blockage was easy to deal with by reversing the blades quickly, then going forward again.I would advise caution when emptying as it is easy to catch the blades, and they are sharp.I think that it is value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Really easy to set up and use - easily handled 5 sheets of paper at a time. Everything was really well shredded and nothing was legible in the cuttings.Have not experienced any problems with jamming or blocking and am really happy with the quality especially for the price!
