My fiancé bought this...he'd be able to review it in a more detailed way, if only he'd bothered to use it! Bought with good intentions. Looks like a good, sturdy product with a lot of resistance.

Excellent service and very impressive product.

Great product for the price, it's a LOT harder to bend for my x2 teenage boys so for younger kids you may need a less KG strength.

Very good and sturdy construction,,stronger than you think so I am glad I did not get a stronger one ,the one piece construction is a benefit some are screwed together

Bar recently arrived price for this exercise device is amazing the tension is only 30kg but is enough to give forearms and arms a good workout also seems pretty well made.Have used a heavy duty version of this exerciser around 80kg which is a lot stronger but is hard to get a high level of reps out of it ,so recommend this level to get increase on movements and repetitions and get stronger version later if needed but at price great buy.

It's Good aqupment but when doing excersize it give spring sound ..overall its Good one

A well made product that I use in work to fit in a five minute workout as and when. It is small and portable and good for impromtu workouts. I workout regularly but not with weights and the 30kg is good though I will probably try the 40 or 50kg soon. If you change your grips and angles you can do a variety of upper body exercises, and the forearms get hit hard. Excellent value - would recommend.
