Effective Pain Relief Patches with Long-Lasting Comfort
The patches are thin, flexible, and easy to apply. They adhere well to the skin and stay in place throughout the day, even during light activity. The herbal scent is strong but pleasant—it’s the classic Tiger Balm aroma that gives a sense of instant relief. In terms of performance, I found the patches provide noticeable relief for sore shoulders, backaches, and minor strains. The warming sensation kicks in gradually and remains consistent without becoming irritating. Each patch delivers relief for several hours, making it ideal for daytime use or even overnight.

Best product on the market
Best patch on the market for back pain. I tried bio freeze and icy hot both of them only worked for an hour or two. Tiger balm allowed me to resume my normal activities without pain.

THE BEST pain patches.
Tiger Balm patches are the only ones that I will use, because they work great! I have used every other patch and none of them come close. There are times when I have put a patch on a tight and painful area of my back or shoulders, just before bed, and have awakened with no pain. I'm not saying that happens every single time, but they always help tremendously. Pleasant odor as well and I am very sensitive to odors.

Convenient, work well for pain, but the edges roll up easily
I really like the convenience of the tiger balm patches. I have the regular ointment too, but sometimes I don't want to have it get on my bedding or clothing. The positive points of the patches are the convenience, the stretchy flexibility to adhere to curved areas, and the tiger balm ability to ease pain. I wear them on my knees, they stretch to fit well, and do a good job of lessening my knee pain. However, there are a couple negative points. 1. The edges easily roll up so they peel off and stick to your clothes. Very frustrating to put them on, warm them in place for a minute to ensure they stick, to then have them peel off when you put clothing on over them.2. The gel/ointment in the patch comes through to your clothes, so the "not messy" claim isn't exactly true, it's more like "not as messy as the ointment".To rectify both those issues, I cover the patches with large waterproof adhesive bandage covers (thin clear plastic adhesive). It keeps the patches in place, seals in the smell, and is easily removed when done. The patches are very comfortable for about 9-10 hours, but then they start to get stingy/hot, so that's about the wear limit in my experience.I keep a good stock of them on hand, as I use them often. I just keep a stock of the bandage covers too, which are themselves great to have.

Works GREAT
These work great! I’ve purchased them several times for shoulder pain that affects my sleep. These patches work quickly and provide hours of relief. I’ve even purchased them for a couple relatives too!

Nothing works better
I have an inoperable shoulder injury that I've been told to manage the pain any way I can. Traction, deep tissue massage and Tiger Balm that's my formula. I've been a fan of the little jars of ointment since I was a kid. I saw the patches and figured I've wasted money on more foolish things, how bad could they be right? Not only do they work great but they last all day. I wouldn't say 24 hours but a solid 12 hour of comfort when I wear one. I actually keep a few of these in the first aid kit at the shop. And they are very cost effective. While back my Dad had given me one of his prescription lidocaine pads and I got to say wasn't even close to Tiger Balm patches. I've bought the different sizes too for other areas, they all work the same, very good. I'd highly recommend these patches.

Use them during the day
They work good, but roll up if you put them on your back when you go to bed

I recommend Tiger Balm to everyone!
I love Tiger Balm. I have Juvenile Rheumatoid and use the ointment all the time. The patches are super convenient and I can put them in my purse. They size of the patches are perfect for any sore area. I like Toger Balm because in my opinion it smells better than the other pain relieving patches. To me it smells like cinnamon.
