These headphones are great for daily use whether one is listening to music or is attending work calls. Best part is that they are not required to be inserted into your ears. Works well once adjusted. The overhead part seems to be only designed for the back head and not top head position. Makes it difficult to use for people who r bedridden. The volume and voice filter is fantastic.

The most convenient head phones I've ever owned. No more trying to push stuff into your ear canal. No buds falling out of your ear at the most inconvenient time, no cleaning earwax, very good audio. Once you put them on you forget you have them on.

Either it's YouTube video or Google photo video, when you play the video and pause , it will start playing again in sometime irrspective of you press mute any number of time , which is annoying. It feels like this headphone is not designed foriatening music.I ordered for replacement and I got the new product , thanks to Amazon but the new one is also having same issue. It has NO refund policy.This works fine after repairing and perfectly working fine for last 1+ year ..so changing my rating from 1 to 5

These Shokz headphones are of really poor quality. I have bought 3 of them. The first one, was replaced thrice by Shokz for manufacturing defects. The second one, failed twice. And the thrid one, has also failed today. One can expect, 2 failures in one year and two failures in the second year. I wonder, how Shokz proposes to sell such low quality things, at a premium price. Things can happen once, but not five times.

Been using this for a little over 2 weeks now - decent product with good quality, but definitely over priced for the quality and comfort (or lack of it). My friend has a OpenRun version and the band is far more flexible and comfortable. For 10K INR, you should not have compromised on the comfort factor.
