They Work!
I got these gummies to take in the evening to help with anxiety and sleep better. They work great and taste good too. There are a lot of different brands that exist out there, but these magnesium gummies worked well for me.

Cannot be returned
I have no idea if these effective or not. I've only used for 10 days. And now the rest of the content of the bottle is one big gummy chunk. I cannot get them apart. And I'm not happy that they cannot be returned. They need to be packed with a moisture absorbing packet.EDIT: The company reached out to me and fully refunded. So I am changing from a 1-star to a 4-star.
