It worked fine until it didn't. About a week ago is stopped working properly. Now when I put my watch on the charger it would repeatedly stop and start charging every few seconds. If I left my watch on the charger it would actually drain the battery over time. It also stopped charging my phone when I put it on the charger overnight. It would seem to be charging, but my phone would have less charge in the morning after being on this charger all night.UPDATE: The seller contacted me in response to this review and provided a full refund. Not all products are 100% defect-free, so I may have just gotten a bad unit. I purchased one for my wife at the same time and hers continues to operate fine.

This is my first time writing a product review, and I rarely leave complaints—but I’m disappointed with this magnetic charger. I only used it twice, and it already stopped working. It won’t charge at all now. Really hoped for better quality.

The media could not be loaded. Incredible product, it is of very good quality, practical since it avoids the use of a cable, it holds the cell phone well and best of all, and what makes it different from the others, is that it charges quickly.

I bought this exact product before, and it was great but eventually stopped charging. I just ordered an exact replacement (from the ‘previously ordered’ link, but the second purchase was of much lower quality. The item will not stay standing when the weight of my phone is on it (same phone that worked great on the first one). It will either tip over or the hinge will “leak” and it will fold itself back up. In spite of ordering a black model, it was shipped with a much shorter cord than the first one, and the cord and charging block are white where the stand itself is black. The cord and charging block are also of significantly lower quality. Very disappointing - was impressed with the first one (until it quit working) but the latest version is absolute junk!
