Fab cast iron Oven.
Bought this as a Dutch Oven whilst travelling, first impressions, pretty heavy, made some pretty convincing bread then a large veg n noodle stir fry. Delighted with this pot, looking forward to using the skillet lid. Great price, recommended.

Perfect
I make 500gr flour round sourdough loaves and this is the perfect size for baking. Haven't needed to clean it as I of course use a sheet of baking paper under the dough, but wouldn't expect it to perform any different than other cast iron products as it seems high quality. Just make sure to follow instructions for cleaning and maintenance, don't just go in with soap and scrub thinking this is just like any old frying pan. If you do that it will rust.Seals the steam in really well thanks to the heavy lid, so I get great oven spring. It is also so thick that it holds the heat really well when pre-heated.The little ears on the side on both lid and bottom are great as you physically can not accidentally drop one of the parts, you drop both or nothing. Preferably nothing lol. It is VERY heavy, buyer beware, so you have to have a strong back and arms to safely lift it.Hard to comment on value for money as it also sort of depends on budget and what you could 'make do' with in terms of baking vessel, but put it this way; I am really really happy with my purchase and don't think I paid too much at all. There were other similar products that had twice and triple the price tag, but in the end does the same job.

Great product
We are very eco and health conscious so avoid non-stick cookware and cast iron is a great alternative. It is a great size for cooking for the family and the lid can also be used as a grill pan. Cast iron gets very hot so be careful. It is also quite heavy, but good for a bit of exercise whilst cooking. It is easy to clean, just remember not to soak as it will rust. Great quality, value for money and I like the appearance.

Superb Cast Iron Dutch Oven!
I'm a big fan of cast iron dutch ovens. I've had a smaller dutch oven for years and needed a larger model. This one fits the bill perfectly and will easily serve four good portions of stew. The quality of food produced is amazing. I waited until using it before I put a review up and I wasn't disappointed. It's worth the 10 minutes of reseaoning after each batch of food produced and will last a lifetime for the effort put in. This dutch oven is perfect and of high quality. I thoroughly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Great
so far so good. It arrived earlier, It looks fine, It says pre-seasoned but it doesn't really look very seasoned it's not black and shiny like the picture, it's more blue-grey and very rough so I'll season it anyway. After washing it I heated it a bit to dry it before oiling. I didn't heat it that much, just enough to dry it. I closed the kitchen door, opened the windows and put the extractor on and I'll let it do it's thing. There's a good YT video with an American guy showing how to season and care for your pan if you've never had one before, but everyone seems to treat them with kid gloves, they're tough. As long as you don't leave them soaking in water then put them away wet in a cupboard or a somewhere damp they'll be fine and the more you use them the more seasoned they get. The picture shows them black and shiny, they are not like that out of the box. I don't mind it's 20 quid, what can you expect? It's nicely black and shiny now after seasoning. Coat in oil, in the oven180C for 1 hour, done.

Rust Issues and Safety Concerns Right from Day One
I recently purchased this pot with high expectations, only to be thoroughly disappointed. After washing it on the first day and setting it aside, I was shocked to find it rusted by the next morning. I washed it again, hoping that would solve the problem, but instead, the rust only worsened. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of the material—imagine if I had cooked with it straight away! I can’t help but worry about what harmful substances might have leached into my food. I regret this purchase and would caution others to think twice before buying

Sticky dirty greasy residual not removable
Real iron cast but always with greasy black residual stick and IMPOSSIBLE to clean it up. Not happy to use it to cook food in it directly. May be good for baking bread with paper underneath.
