As someone who’s had back surgery where they found my left leg trunk nerve hooked, crushed and disintegrated in the L-4,L-5 area, everyday is full of pain. Today I will be ordering my 4th brace in 10 years. These braces are amazing! I’ve tried basically every back brace on the market. First, these are just tall enough to not be too bulky, but good enough to give you that support that is needed. The brace has lateral support bars built in it to give extra up and down stability. This is a game changer. They help so much. Next, the main brace comes with an adjustable lumbar triangle. This triangle gives so much more support. Finally, the 2 Velcro side supports are extremely useful, strong, and give you heavy side support, which is the key that makes this one the winner. The Velcro that holds them to the center of your front is extremely strong and holds the product with unbelievable force. Finally, attaching the opposite side’s strap with the Spartan name on it to the opposite side works beautifully. If you can’t make it to the dead center, it still sticks to the base regardless. I’ve worn and abused my first ones, including washing them in the wash over and over. I don’t recommend this, but I sweat bad when I work. This brace holds up to the wear and tear and abuse I put it through, and I do wear them all day. Hands down, these are the best back braces in the business. Do yourself a favor and try one. You may find it difficult to stretch the 2 side straps to the front. This is a good thing and demonstrates how supportive the brace is.The only gripe I had was the size chart given. My very first one was so tight, I had to send it back to exchange it. Customer service was awesome and sent me the next larger size without hassle. Again, a plus. I’m so happy to find that the same company from 10 years ago is still making the exact same great product. That says it all, Thank You Sparthos!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life-Changer for My Back Pain!I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for years due to long hours at a desk and occasional heavy lifting. After trying a few different back supports, I finally found this back brace belt—and it’s made a huge difference.The support is firm but comfortable. It hugs the lower back just right without feeling too stiff or restrictive. The adjustable straps allow for a snug, customized fit, and I can wear it under my clothes without it being noticeable. The overall fit is decent, but the elastic tends to roll over on the top and bottom, making the brace a little bulky. Aside from that, as someone with a slipped disc, sciatica, and a plethora of other issues with my back, I appreciate the support, comfort, and pain relief the brace provides.

My back had been out for a couple of weeks when I ordered this, not expecting much, but it immediately made it easier to get around without pain and complete tasks around the house that were piling up. Made sure not to keep it on for more than a couple of hours and let my body relax between uses, as directed in the product instructions. It fit well, stayed in place, and stayed fastened -- there are 4 separate fasteners across 2 layers, making sure it stays secure. I ordered a Large, and when I fasten it, the outermost layer is right at the edge of the velcro and it works okay, but if you're unsure between sizes or want to be able to tighten it a bit more, order a size smaller. Even after my back healed up, while doing some landscaping (moving and setting 55 paver stones and 15 bags of mulch), I put the brace back on to keep my back from getting sore from that.

I hurt my back 3 different times in 16 months. 3 herniated discs and injured muscles and a spinal fracture near the tailbone.I went to physical therapy twice because I didn’t want surgery and plates and screws. Everything got better except for one spot on the left lower side of my back. After trying another back brace, I thought I would try this one before giving up.This brace was different and at first look I didn’t care for it. However, I got immediate relief from the pain and after 3 weeks of wearing it the pain left and never came back.It’s terrific.

This back support was easy to use and adjust and was a life saver when I threw out my back. It provided the support taking pressure off the back muscles while it healed. The reduction in pain allows you to move around and do the things you need to do instead of being immobilized. Plus, it's well priced and certainly worth it!

I rarely leave a review simply because it's just one person's experience. I have to express, this was and will be the only one I use from now on. I had back surgery 8 months ago and I am now moving. Doing most of the moving by hand. It has truly saved me frpm pain and I will wear it often. I have had three others and they were terrible. Size, support, everything about this was worth so much more than 30 bucks. Thank you Thank you!

This thing is the bomb! I have severe, chronic pain in my back and my SI joints. I have had several surgeries. The first of which was in 2013, I was already having to have steroid injections and ablations done in my facet joints at this time. I was about 38 when my back issues started. I am now 53. This is about the 5th or 6th back brace that I’ve had and it’s by far the best. It gives you that stiff “comfort” feeling that your back craves after a few hours of doing stuff you probably shouldn’t be doing in the first place. But who’s going to do it, am I right? The compression is definitely strong and it’s nice that you can control how much or how little you want. So, don’t hesitate! Walk, don’t run! Because…you know…your back sucks. 😉
