Other than getting a really funky stomach feeling for a few seconds after taking it; this product has done nothing for us.Real problem here: IT DOES NOT WORK! Do not recommend, it does not do a thing for you (even with the right exercise and diet, which we have, this things does not work).Do not waste your money! THANKS Amazon for my refund.

So as far as the weight loss benefits….I haven’t noticed any change….but when I take these at night…I literally have the best night sleep I’ve ever had…I usually wake up 100 times a night, but when I take these I don’t wake up at all. In the morning I’m a bit groggy but it’s not bad…its worth it. I’m trying one vial instead of two to see if the sleep is as good but less groggy in the morning. We’ll see how it goes.The taste is really not bad either. As far as if I would buy this again? Probably not. I really wanted it for the weight loss benefits and I’m just not seeing that. Then again it’s hard to tell because of so many other factors in our lives. But for the price, not worth it for me to purchase again.

I have been taking sleeping aids for a couple years now. Nothing really worked. Then I stripped and fell on this product's page. Yes! It does work. One drop under the tongue, sir for a few seconds then swallow.... straight lights out, in a coma until the phone alarm goes off. As for weight loss can't say much but I'm a bodybuilder so typically my diet and workout routines are very structured and I'm not trying to lose weight. I will admit. When I'm in prep, I do wake up hungry (of course) and this stuff.... I wake up with no hungar pains.

Would definitely recommend. Only issue is that it's a little too expensive. Would buy 2-3 bottles for extended weight loss use.

Tastes great. I tried it for one week and I did not notice any difference in appetite or weight. I did notice other unpleasant effects like constipation and dryness in unexpected places.
