Tastes great and makes dieting much easier
New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

Really good honest review
I recently tried the Protein Works - Diet Meal Replacement Extreme, and I have to say, it's amazing! The banana flavor is delicious, and it's incredibly filling, making it perfect for my lunch breaks. One thing to note is that I recommend using only 1 spoon of powder per 300ml of water or my preferred method with milk instead of 1.5 to avoid it becoming too thick and having lumps, even when using a high-powered blender like a ninja. Overall, this meal replacement shake has been a game-changer for me, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and satisfying meal replacement option or don't have time to eat meals during busy working schedules.

Very powdery
The taste is quite nice and very reminiscent of the chocolate bar it is named after but there is a definite powdery aftertaste and, whether mixed in a blender or a shaker, it simply does not stop tasting powdery!

A shake that actully works
Been using these shakes for several months now, great for weight loss, thickness is just right as its very filling. Iv tried other shakes which claim to be meal replacements however i was hungry soon after. This shake actually works for its intended purpose
