Very good. Slow cooks lovely, roast chicken much better than the oven, you can cook wings hot, barbequed or however you like in 15 minutes, and they come out juicy with a lovely crispy skin. Everything I have made in mine has come out very tasty, and much better than an oven - as well as being cheaper to run.And if you have any problems, customer service is excellent.

We bought this to replace the old ninja foodi 9 in 1, mainly because of the smart lid on this one meaning you don’t need to store the extra lid. It’s easy to use and so versatile. Cuts cooking times down significantly and is really easy to keep clean. Huge capacity means you can fit in meals for a big family. So far used the air fryer function, pressure cooked a gammon joint and slow cooked a stew and all with amazing results! Highly recommend

I bought this when my oven went wrong -- and it's been a revelation! (The only aspect of it that I haven't yet used is the pressure cooker, since I already have one.)Apart from it's versatility is it's speed if cooking: crispy roast potatoes in half the time of a thermofan oven, for example.The temperature probe I'm yet to be convinced about: my one try with it ended up with a joint of roast beef being cooked a little more than the extremely rare that I prefer. But I think that this might be caused by the inability to lower the internal temperature of the meat that it measures to quite as low as I would have wished.But all in all, a terrific machine -- and one that I now use most of the time in preference to my oven.

Nearly sent this back initially as putting the silicone seal back on was so difficult ( def a design flaw Ninja) Once that was mastered with help from videos online and my husband I was glad I gave it a go! I do think most of us don’t know what an air fryer is due to the name but it was the running cost that attracted me and being able to reduce cooking times.This is like learning to cook all over again but once you get going it’s fantastic! I’m actually enjoying cooking for a change.I would say read the instructions properly and take time learning which function to use. I have had to use the instructions and internet to convert recipes. I can’t believe how much time this saves and it reduces dish washing. Haven’t used my oven all week 👍🏻Made chilli and used pressure cook function. Cooked perfectly and incredibly tender in 11 minutes. Use the sauté mode to brown meat first.Still learning but impressed so far.Def recommend this product although I wish Ninja would sort the silicone seal out. Nearly returned it due to this.I would also advise people not to skimp and buy a basic one. Get one that does everything or you just won’t get the benefits. I got the 11- in 1 model and it’s great for a family of 4.

Bought to replace old OP500uk model which gave up after 5 years of daily use as we don't currently have a main oven. Loved our first one with the separate lids, this one is the newer version with the integrated smart lid, which is helpful to save space in our small kitchen. Initial thoughts after a couple of weeks usage is that it works perfectly, though we have only used the air fry and bake feature so far, and not yet the pressure cooker or steam functions. It's a great size for us, even though only 2 of us we like to make big batches of soup, stews, lentil curries etc. I will update when I use the other features. I really like the colour, and looks nice. Very easy to use and the new stainless steel pot I'd only recently purchased for the old model fits in this new one too.

Every function performs excellently, which means I, as a student, don’t need any additional cooking gadgets.While it is a bit heavy, making it somewhat difficult to move, this weight also lends it a premium, robust feel. I've used it to prepare Iranian dishes, and the taste is noticeably better than when using traditional pots. The built-in timer is another great feature, eliminating the need to manually track cooking time. It’s especially helpful for adding seasonings at precise intervals.Overall, if you are someone who can maintain it well, this cooker is a great choice, and I highly recommend it. Otherwise, you might want to consider cookers with better cleaning functions.
