THANK YOU for the video instructions for assembly!!
Great bike and very easy to put together. Just make sure you look at the pedals, they’re marked R & L so you don’t spend 15 minutes trying to put the wrong pedal on the wrong side like I did. Gahhhhh!! LolSeriously, great bike and my granddaughter loves it.

Would not recommend: UPDATE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service was great, however I only got a half refund for this bike that was bought as a Christmas present and it only lasted 4 months. I asked for a replacement crank but they just gave me a half refund instead. It's crazy how many times this chain popped off the sprocket. I shouldn't recommend considering how long it lasted and that it was their only solution.UPDATE: After making this review, customer service contacted me and provided a full refund which is great customer service. I am updating the stars to 4 from 2, just for their customer service. I am still disappointed with the bike, however they did make this right
