This was my first time trying GuyLian Valentine’s Day Belgian Chocolate Hearts, but it will not be my last. This is gourmet chocolate at its finest. I would put this chocolate up against any of the luxury chocolate on the market today. The heartbox is so lovely. The chocolates were all delicious and tasted so fresh. My entire family loved them, and it is hard for us all to agree on chocolates. I love the little heart that is on the front that you can write in who it is “To” and “From” I will be ordering more of these to give as Valentine’s Day gifts.

Melted but still good

The chocolates are kinda good! I’m not a fan of milk chocolate but these were yummy! My family also liked it. The pack is also super cute to give as a gift.

This review is for the GuyLian box of 12 praline candies. They come in a heart-shaped cardboard box and each of the candies are heart-shaped as well. The predominant flavor is (of course) hazelnut, but the chocolates come in white, milk, and dark. It was hard for me to tell the milk and dark apart. These don't have an overwhelming hazelnut flavor, either, I think—not a strong Nutella-like taste, at least. They're good chocolate and a satisfying size, though.

I ordered 3 boxes of chocolates, and all 3 were melted. I am returning 1, but my kids are their boxes before I could stop them. I ordered them to arrive during a cold snap because I was trying to avoid melted chocolate, but they were melted anyway. My kids said they “still tasted good,” but I would rather have returned all of them.

I haven't sampled these yet as I plan to give this heart-shaped gift box to my hubby for V-Day, but they look great from the picture. Not a bad price for something packaged so well and made with Belgian chocolate.

These were a bit different than a regular chocolate you'd buy at the grocery store for Valentine's Day. The chocolate was high quality and had a great flavor. There is a light-colored and dark-colored marbling on the chocolate hearts, but I didn't notice a major flavor difference between the two. These are really tasty, so I recommend them!
