I was having a lot of problems with the loss of electrolytes after working in my garden for the past few months, I was getting sick every day , but with this virus covid 19 thing going on, I didn't want to go to the hospital, but I would be sick after just minutes out in the sun , I tried to drink water but it was never enough, I even tried to make home made electrolyte drinks with lemon juice & a dash of salt that did help a bit , but THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THESE Keto Electrolyte Tablets, I TRIED JUST ONE pill & FELT A MILLION TIMES BETTER RIGHT AWAY , I WAS AMAZED, & then took the recommended amount , then I was able to work in my garden for most of the day, and never got any heat sickness ,that was amazing... ! im back to my same old self & life is good...!! thanks to Keto Electrolyte Tablets no kidding this stuff worked...!! I have used the Liquid IV and some other products but, to my taste, they are just too sweet. This product is easy to take without having to deal with all that syrupy taste.

Great product! Seems to help with leg cramps, wish it had calcium added as well but overall we really like it!

I previously ordered another more expensive brand in capsules that i I honestly feel worked better. I dont think these worked that great for feeling great due to dehydration

We have used only this brand of trace minerals for over 15 years. They has been successful for relief of muscle spasms,stress relief, night mares, Charley horses, pms, repetitive dreams, and for anger issues due to stress. My whole family use them.

These work very well for keto flu and muscle cramps. My only complaint is that when I try to put them in my pill organizer with other vitamins they draw moisture from the other pills or something and turn to mush. You have to keep them separate in their bottle. I lost a weeks worth this way and learned my lesson.
