I had high biliruben and taking this a couple times throughout the day hopefully will lower it. Will circle back with updates when I retest. Can tell its already helped with my sleep. This brand doesn't compromise, so you have confidence when you are taking something (in an unregulated business) that is actually is what it is.

I am dreaming for the first time in years! I take a total of 3 as per the instructions in between meals. This is a “non” essential amino acid. Well, it Should be Essential because it really did change my life! Read up on it. I hope it works for everyone else like it has for me!
