Really great strawberry protein shake - great sweet strawberry taste, good thick consistency and really great served cold.

Used to be good but this batch is lumpy🤢
I have spent a fortune on protein powders that I couldn't drink because they tasted vile and so decided to try the ready shakes instead and I am so glad I did! These shakes are delicious and have the added benefit of keeping hunger at bay whilst increasing my protein intake and I'll be buying again. They are also reasonably priced.UPDATE: I just opened a bottle from my latest purchase and it had lumps through it, even after a vigorous shaking. This made me feel sick, such a difference to those I bought in 2024☹️

It does the job.
First and foremost this product does its job. Packing 20g of protein into a 60ml shot. I do not like trying to force down 250ml of double choc protein shake after a workout, it just feels like too much. These on the other hand i can down easily.The flavour is...average. Mine was very coconut-ty and was not unpleasant. The texture I found to be...thick and somewhat syrupy. These though are for people who just need to get the nutrition in and flavour is a secondary consideration. Very handy to keep in a gym bag or lunchbox. Overall very happy.

Milkshake Gains & Girlfriend Risk
Salted caramel flavour is dangerously good — like dessert that went to fitness boot camp. None of that chalky “I regret this” aftertaste you get with bargain bin protein. Just pure, creamy muscle fuel.Bonus: the bottle doesn’t leak. Unlike my willpower around these.I drink one and immediately consider doing push-ups. I don’t. But I consider it.10/10. Gains with a side of joy.

Bad packaging
Hi we, the goodness milkshake last month the taste wasn't right. Also there is big lump of milkshake at the bottom the of bottle. We bined the whole package.just bottle of proof.

Protein shake
I love these protein shakes, they are the best tasting I have found. Unfortunately, the most recent batch I bought, the protein has coagulated so there’s slimy chunks in each drink which makes for a really unpleasant drinking experience. I did not have this issue with my previous purchases.

Great weight loss nutrition that really does work !!!
Lush protein drinks ,50 grms is high so a great meal replacement. Have list 101bs so far in two months .
