This stuff doesn't taste very good (not the worst) and all preworkout is way over priced (no exception here) but this stuff WORKS! I have an insanely high tolerance to preworkout due the fact I have been using it for decades and the good stuff almost always gets pulled off the shelf. 1 scoop equals get it done and 2 scoops equals 2.5 hour workouts and plenty of gas left in the tank to go work the rest of the day. 2 scoops doesn't make me itch or go crazy, it's just extreme focus and what feels like unlimited energy. I literally have to force myself to quit working out so my muscles don't explode. 2 scoops will make your hands shake though. 2 scoops is also probably way to much for the average individual.

This is definitely a strong pre-workout powder. I take half servings with great results.

The product works great, but it is constantly 50/50 whether it is clumpy or nor. And there is no return or replacement option. Better off just switching pre workouts at this point

My wife received a sample of this at the gym and then DEMANDED that I login to Amazon and buy her a full container. I was not sure what the fuss was about until I tried it; WOW, THIS STUFF IS STRONG. I have personally used several pre-workouts and this one is by far the strongest that I have ever tried. But let me caution you - IT IS POTENT. It is not a joke. It is not to be toyed with. The directions recommend a scoop of product mixed in your water. I recommend starting smaller than that just to determine your tolerance level for the product. After you take it, the product hits you about 10 minutes later and you feel it.Neither my wife nor I have had any side effects. No crashing. No burning. No discomfort. Of course you don't want to take this anywhere near bed time or you will regret it. We have been ordering the punch flavor and it tastes great. It actually tastes much better than the other pre- workouts I have used in the past. This one is now our product of choice and we have no intention of using anything else.

This is not meant to be medical advice**Ive used ALOT of pre-workouts over the years. I try to stick with more natural based ones if possible. This one has both natural and artificial flavors but overall the ingredients are not too bad. I usually don't get good results from products that use Green Tea and Coca based ingredients to help with energizing effects. But this pre-work had decent effects on me.EFFECTS:I felt some average and above average alert energy stimulation from this. every so often the Beta Alanine would cause me a little bit of itchiness but nothing severe and it was barely noticeable. Other products caused me severe itchiness from their Beta-Alanine, but this one was very mild.I would say that I got about an hour worth of energy which is perfect for my workout time.I never felt any kind of "Caffeine Jolt" or over Rush of Energy.Felt more Clean Energy basedTASTE:I got the Orange Dreamcicle. Not sure if their is other flavors but I was looking for orange and that's what I got. It's Ok. I don't think its the BEST Flavor on the market and if the MFG reads this, I would try to improve it if possible, but its definitely not the worst I've used. I gave the Flavor 3 stars which in my opinion is pretty good for a pre-workout. Most pre-workouts are about 2 stars in terms of flavor. I'm not sure what makes it so hard to get right but at least it was Decent.Texture:I had no issues with texture or issues with clumping when I opened the container or anything like that. It was a decently fine powder which is what I expect from my Powder based supplements. It mixed just fine without much effort. If I could give the texture/mix a star Rating, I would give it a 4.AFTER EFFECTS:I never felt any crash afterwards. Other preworks have given me that crash feeling but this one felt more like clean energy. Not as good as as Some of the newer Nootropic based products on the market (This one is not marketed as a Nootropic) but for what it is, I would say its pretty good. In my opinion when it comes to these kinds of supplements I don't want it to over stimulate and I don't want it to crash. I think it accomplished that.Again, everyone's experience is different when it comes to supplements. Everyone has different tastes. Everyone gets affected by various alert stimulants differently. For some Caffeine works, for others Green Tea Works, others crash harder, others don't crash at all.I would give this one a try if you were on the fence. The price is Good for what it offers , the taste is decent and the effects are Decent without any issues, at least for me.

I have been running this pre for around 20 workouts.It tastes great, and gives a great energy and thermogenic feel. But, never do any kind of cardio, even $£x, for the following 6-8hours.

I’ve tried many preworkout powders and this is the only one I’ve ever used that actually seems to work, or it has an effect on me. I won’t say I bounce off the walls, but I sweat a lot more, usually almost a cold sweat, so I assume the thermogenic works. And I get a tingle, which may simply be from Niacin, which is more of a parlor trick than an actual benefit. But I think it provides a kick to make my workouts a little harder, and that’s the primary goal. I recommend. (I take one scoop but label says you can take half scoop).

My husband and I are preworkout snobs… this is hands down the best one we have found. We buy the fruit punch… I use 1/2 tsp… he uses half a scoop! It makes for the perfect energy during our workout. It tastes great sand dissolves well!
